Introduction
A building shell, delivered equipment, an energized substation, a booted server, and a customer-ready cluster are all milestones. Each milestone requires separate evidence. A project is complete for its purpose when the required systems deliver the specified service and the relevant parties accept it. We will follow how those pieces come together.
The route includes site diligence, design, procurement, construction, interconnection, integration, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to operations. Your project is a plan showing dependencies, the critical path, risks, and cash timing. Modules 3–7 and 9 provide the background. You can understand the delivery logic without being an engineer; real electrical and construction work still requires qualified specialists and applicable standards.
Use Lessons 1–5 for scope and dependencies, 6–10 for execution and testing, and 11–15 for control and handover. At each stage, identify something that could delay customer receipts. Ask what must happen, what would prove it happened, and what depends on it next.
