Global And Frontier-Market AI Deployment

Introduction Available · Lessons In Development

Introduction

Cheap energy, potential customers, and an established cloud region can all make a location look promising. Each leaves questions unanswered. Can the particular site obtain power in time? Can customers pay for the product? Is the accelerator service you need actually available there? Use those details together when comparing locations.

'Frontier market' is a financial-market label, with definitions that vary by provider and period. Here, it is a reason to investigate market depth, infrastructure, institutions, funding, and execution. Assess the risks of each location individually. Country averages provide context; the site, project, customer, counterparty, and transaction determine the decision.

Prepare a three-location deployment memo and explain when each option makes sense. Be explicit about customers, capital, technology, and timing. Revisit power in Module 3, currency mechanics in Module 9, and delivery statuses in Module 11. Work through customers and infrastructure first, institutions and capital next, then the comparison.
